Tasting Notes

Nose : Rich and fruity, very open and fragrant.

Palate : Nice balance, very powerful, supported by an acid note that seasons the finish.

Laying : Drink after two or three years or lay down for four to six years depending on the vintages.

Parcels located in several places in the village with different aspects giving complexity to the wine.

Destemming

No destemming but a crushing before the pneumatic pressing.

Winemaking

After pressing, the must is directly put into barrels where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place. Aged entirely in barrels with 15% new barrels.

Ageing

About 10 months.

Production

About 3 500 Bottles.
