Tasting Notes

Nose : Complex blending of white flowers and fresh fruit aromas.

Palate : Well balanced, with a rather rich entry and a more mineral finish.

Laying : Drink after two or three years or lay down for six to eight years depending on the vintages.

Terroir

Parcel located in the middle of the hill next to Saint-Aubin, it faces south.

Soil

Rather chalky and a bit clayey soil.

100% Chardonnay.

Destemming

No destemming but a crushing before the pneumatic pressing.
