Tasting Notes
Nose : The wine is thin and mineral with white flower notes.
Palate : Precise and fresh at first, the midpalate is complex, blending minerality with a nice fruity flavor.
Laying : Drink after two or three years or lay down for seven to nine years depending on the vintages.

| Harvesting | 100% Manual. |
| Destemming | No destemming but a crushing before the pneumatic pressing. |
| Winemaking | After pressing, the must is directly put into barrels where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place. Aged entirely in barrels with 15% new barrels. |

| Ageing | About 10 months. |
| Production | About 3 500 bottles. |
| Best served with | Shellfish, Fish terrine, fish with light sauce. |
