Tasting Notes

Nose : Fresh and mineral with white flowers aromas.

Palate : Great vivacity due to a nice mineral tension and citrus notes in the finish.

Keeping : Drink after two or three years or lay down for five to seven years depending on the vintages.

Parcel located in the district of Saint-Aubin, facing east.

Soil

80% Chalky et 20% clayey.

Aligoté.

Winemaking

After pressing, the must is put into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place.

Alcohol

12% Vol.

Ageing

After ten month in tanks, the wine is fined and slightly filtered before the bottling.
